Shipping Policy

We know you want to get back on the water. That's why we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Carriers: We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide you with the most reliable service.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Electrical parts are generally not returnable if they have been installed.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@yourboatparts.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
